We understand our customer's concerns about privacy and discretion. For your privacy, all packages are shipped in unmarked brown or standard USPS boxes. There will be no mention of your items on your package. 

Please be aware that USPS does not deliver on weekends. If an order is placed on a Friday, it will be processed the following Monday. We can not guarantee arrival dates or times. While we try our best to prevent any delays, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances.

We offer FREE shipping for all United States orders over $50. We offer paid shipping to Alaska & Hawaii.

  • Due to the reason that the glass product is produced by personal. must be one by one.
    so,to control the handing time is very diffcult.

  • we will ship out in 2 days if we have in stock.

  • we will ship out in about 5 days if we have to produce temporarily.

  • we will ship out in about 7 days if we got out of stock.we must purchase the parts to produce firstly ,then ship to you.
